Lo-Fi Guitars Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products (guitar bodies and pickups) returns are not typically allowed. However, Lo-Fi Guitars will handle all requests on a case by case basis. If there is a defect in materials with either a guitar body or custom pickup and it is brought to our attention within our warranty period, we will make every effort to remedy the issue. Lo-Fi Guitars takes every step to insure the product we ship out is quality controlled and tested. But we know sometimes unforseen things happen. In those instances, please Contact Us with any warranty issues.

For a full return without warranty issues
Please Contact Us and we will discuss whether or not a return and partial refund will be accepted.
Returned orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer will cover return shipping and handling (including insurance)
Down payments covering cost of goods at the beginning of the order are
non-refundable.

Lo-Fi Guitars Limited Warranty
Lo-Fi Guitars warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, for a period of 30 days from the date of the initial delivery of custom products (limited to guitar bodies and custom made pickups). Upon return and inspection of the Lo-Fi Guitars product, Lo-Fi Guitars promises to provide a replacement product of the same or equal value subject to the following conditions, exclusions, and limitations:

The limited warranty set forth above is exclusive. Lo-Fi Guitars makes no other warranties, express or implied, and Lo-Fi Guitars expressly disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty is limited to replacement of Lo-Fi Guitars products only and does not apply to other manufacturers' products.

This limited warranty is non-transferable. If your Lo-Fi Guitars product was not purchased from Lo-Fi Guitars, this voids the warranty. You must provide proof of purchase at the time the product is returned.

This limited warranty may be void and Lo-Fi Guitars may refuse to provide a replacement, in its sole discretion, if the Lo-Fi Guitars product is damaged due to abuse and misuse by You.
