Shipping Policy

Guitars will be packaged and shipped with a hard case to minimize damage and insurance will be placed on said shipment.  Custom pickups will be packaged to minimize damage and insurance will be placed on said shipment as well.

Domestic Shipping:

Shipping within the Continental United States (Domestic) will be covered by Lo-Fi Guitars.

International Shipping:

International shipping will be quoted to and be the responsibility of the customer and does not include  the taxes and duties from your country.

​

Damages or Loss:

In the case of lost or damaged items, the carrier will be held liable and Lo-Fi Guitars will do everything to replace the lost or damaged item.

Return Shipping:

In the case of a return: return shipping and insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.
